Aiming to offer business entry programmes in the culinary and pastry world, Bali Culinary Pastry College (BCPS) is introducing their Commis Chef Programne which will be launched in January 2016. College students in Culinary Arts and Occupations learn about recipe and menu planning, making ready and cooking foods, supervising and training kitchen assistants, the mangaement of food provides and kitchen assets, aesthetics of food presentation, and mastery of all kinds of cuisines and culinary methods.
When I first started excited about going to culinary school final fall, I regarded for every cause not to go. I stored ready for my friends and family to inform me what a ridiculous idea this was, how I was losing my time and my cash, how just because I liked cooking didn’t mean I needed to go to culinary college.
